Absolute Link was founded by Mac Laubscher after working for Mimecast in a sales capacity. It was his ambition to set-up a company that provides support for a variety of business needs. Gaining an internal understanding of an extremely powerful product that was astounding IT managers on a daily basis with answers to questions like - Q : "how often are you having to use the Mimecast console" - A: "I have not had to use it in weeks, it just works"

Realising the potential in the market place and the gap in the market to deliver a true Software-as-a-Service: (SaaS) model product that does what it says and retains 99% of its clients, because the product and backup support are just that good, meant that that Mac had to go and let the rest of the world know all about it.
